The Seventh Heart’s return/exchange policy.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, in any original packaging, unwashed, unaltered & unworn. If the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements, The Seventh Heart has the right to deny a refund/credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If an exchange is necessary, we will issue a refund and ask that you purchase the new item as a separate transaction. All sale items are final.

Returns.

If a return is necessary for an item, please go to "My Account", then "Completed Orders" and use the "Return Item(s)" button.

A copy of your return request form (or invoice) must be included in package being shipped back. If more than one item is to be sent back from an invoice, they must be returned as one shipment. Packages must be pre-paid by the customer and insured if necessary. The Seventh Heart is NOT responsible for compensation of lost or damaged items that do not have a delivery confirmation. All packages must be shipped properly and securely.

When we receive your package we will issue the credit to the same card that the original purchase was made.

If you wish to return/exchange your purchases at our retail store, that is completely acceptable.

Privacy.

The Seventh Heart respects your privacy. The only information necessary includes your name, email address, shipping address and billing address. Credit Card information is not stored. The Seventh Heart reserves the right to update this policy at anytime.

Our Website Security.

Any personal information given to TheSeventhHeart.com will be protected and will not be disclosed to any third parties.  For your protection, TheSeventhHeart.com does not store your credit card information at any time.

A small lock icon will appear in the lower right-corner of your web browser when entering a secure page of TheSeventhHeart.com. Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

Shipping.

All orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Rates are determined by weight and destination. The Seventh Heart does not ship multiple addresses per order, ship to p.o. boxes, or apo/fpo addresses. Orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

The Seventh Heart holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.

International Shipping.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination. The Seventh Heart cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds on shipping costs.
